FAQ’s

What does your Mini-Split Cleaning Process Consist of?

Our technician will come to you home or business and remove the covers of your systems wall units and treat the coils, barrel fan and duct of the system with a detergent to kill off any mildew, mold and other contaminants and then we will use our specifically calibrated washing system to flush the components clean. We then treat the system with an anti mold treatment to prevent future build up. We then put everything back together and it’s like new again. We also treat and flush the condenser unit outside as well if it’s at ground level at no additional charge. We use a special catchment system and protect everything well so there is no mess. If you have any concerns feel free to check out all of our 5 star reviews on google. This is all we do!

What does your Dryer Vent Cleaning Process Consist of?

Residential Dryer Vent cleaning for exhaust Terminations exiting the home at the ground or 2nd level. Commercial Dryer Vents and Rooftop terminations require additional information for quoting.

We will attempt to clean from both ends, but sometimes dryers may not be accessible from behind. In this case, cleaning would be done from whichever side is safely accessible.

– Camera inspection of dryer vent for visible holes or disconnects, blockages, rodents, birds nest etc.
– Clean vent using a combination of compressed air, brushes, and extension rods.
– Vacuum up lint from dryer vent and lint trap
– Clean up after the dryer vent is unclogged.
– Test pressure from Dryer.
